Monday & Tuesday I spent in Topeka. I packed Bella and I up and drove down there Monday morning to hang out with my brothers since my mom & sister are at Girls Camp & my dad works all day. It was pretty fun! I was actually a little sad to leave, but so so happy to come back home to my wonderful husband who cleaned and did the laundry while I was gone :) I certainly am spoiled!
Last week I ended up driving to Topeka to go take care of some business at my old bank (they didn't close my account like I asked them to last time) so anyways, my mom convinced me to get my engagement ring & wedding band soldered together. It was pretty inexpensive too! Only cost $30... I guess soldering them keeps the gold in better condition. Apparently when they're separate, they rub together wearing down the gold. I am SO GLAD I was convinced to do this! It's beautiful & they cleaned them... they were more sparkly and beautiful after that then they were when I originally got them!!! I'll upload a picture or two when I get them uploaded to my laptop... I'm so terrible at keeping pictures "updated".Well I need to go get ready for the day; Bella has a vet appointment again because she cracked her lower canine playing with a toy with Joe about 5 days ago and yesterday I noticed the gun around the rest of the tooth was starting to swell. She was supposed to go next Monday for shot so I'm hoping they can do what they need to do to her tooth & give her shots so that we don't have to pay for another vet visit on Monday. *crosses fingers!*
