I'm awful lately at updating the blog! Too much to do! I found out there's a Blogger app so I downloaded it so I can do quick posts on the go. Here's a big ol' photo dump from my phone! From our move-in day (last week of April) up to today :)
Picture quality isn't great because these were taken with my phone, or screenshots of photos.

Move in day... John was pooped! Lol

We were all sick up until last week... It was rough.
Miss Ellie even had antibiotics for a sinus infection.

Our mornings are filled with John coloring, painting, building, and playing outside :) Ellie naps most of the morning. She's not a morning person (takes after me!) lol

Earlier this week there was excitement on our little culdesac. John wanted so badly to go outside as he's OBSESSED with fire engines, ambulances & police cars. BUT, someone was actually in need of prompt medical care. She was rushed out on a stretcher and off the ambulance went. It's all John could talk about for days! "Mommy! A amulan!" (How he pronounces ambulance) "where'd it go!" "Mommy, let's go to the a amulan!"

Walmart had a pretty spectacular sale on these bad boys. Like 70% off. He's in love & would ride that thing all day if we'd let him. He happened to quietly sneak it inside while I took a quick trip to the bathroom-- STINKER!

We've had tons of rain, thunderstorms & tornado watches this Spring! Oh how I missed this Kansas weather. :)

We love having a yard & a house to decorate. Nathan added this flag to the outside :)

John has been a turd about eating so I whip up smoothies daily, multiple times a day chock full goodness! Spinach, fruit, protein powder, almond/Coconut milk, lots of ice & PB. He thinks it's ice cream so it works!

After we bought John his ride on, we went back the next day & let Ellie choose hers. It was only $20. Best thing ever! It's "Frozen" themed of course ;)

Hanging up house warming gifts-- thanks Rachel & Mom :)

A close up snap shot of what my mom made. I love this so much. I grew up seeing this every day & was planning on making one... But my mom beat me to it! Thanks, Mom!

Rachel's canvas of inspirational/feel good phrases is hanging by the kitchen. Also starting to get a color theme going for the living room-- subdued teal, orange, grey & I want pops of yellow and navy to tie it all together. All in due time...

Thank you Pinterest for some good kid craft art ideas! John's handprint and Ellie's feet. Have another idea that I'll be doing soon & then this'll be moved upstairs :) but for now I like it in the kitchen.

I started selling Jamberry nail wraps & have made a nice little chunk of change so far. I really love it! It's a great company based out of Utah with a wonderful group of consultants etc. and the product is great! Seriously, so much better than painting your nails!

John was being a pill earlier this week so I let him use my face as a canvas... He loved it, of course! It was worth it to hear him laughing his little booty off!

John likes to sneak into our bed at night. And I can't blame him! 7.5 months was far too long to sleep on an air mattress! We are so happy to finally have all of our household goods from Germany.

Yesterday the kids were driving me bonkers. They just picked on each other all morning so I opened up the pool Nathan bought the day before & that entertained them for a good little while. Too cold to actually go IN, but fun nonetheless.

Screenshots of photos taken on my dslr.

My mom's Mother's Day present from us was a LOVE canvas as well. This time with Ellie's handprint & John's feet. We switched it up because John's feet would echo every morning through out my parents house, waking us all up-- he's got thunder feet! Now she'll always have his little feet at home :)

The kids love my parents bed lol

We spotted a snapping turtle today on my parents street while we were heading to their house after church. So of course Nathan had to rescue him haha. This dude was HUGE & not happy to be messed with. After we all marveled at him for a bit, Nathan took him down the backyard to the lake. It's all John could talk about for a good hour or two tonight.
This girl is crazy! In the best way possible :) I love her and her huge, goofy and SASSY personality! She's always ready for a photo op ;)
WELL, That's all for tonight. I'm in the process of editing lots of photos right now since we finally have our iMac back, so a more "put together" post will be coming up sometime.. Soonish? Ha.. We'll see. Nathan has Sunday's & Monday's off, so tomorrow we are making our raised garden beds & transplanting our crops: tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, strawberries, corn, green beans, cucumber, pumpkin, basil, oregano, parsley & who knows what else! I can't even remember what I've been growing inside the past few weeks lol.
