Baby Bump #2 UPDATE

I had my ultrasound today at 11am! I was also able to complete the lab work that I couldn't complete Monday at my prenatal appointment due to being way too dehydrated & sick. This was a huge relief to me because if I wasn't able to do this, I would've had to go into the hospital for fluids & IV medication. Who wants to do that?! This new medication, Composine, or something like that is my MIRACLE drug. Even though is comes with a host of possible side effects, it is awesome. For the first time in a month I can keep food & water down. Going from throwing up 3-6 times a day to not at all is amazing & I am so happy to finally be feeling better!

Okay, back to the good stuff. I had calculated my due date to be May 26, 2013, which would've put me at 11 week & 3 days today. But, I was just a little off. The ultrasound shows Lil Miller #2 to be at 10 weeks & 5 days, putting my EDD at May 31, 2012. Not to jinx myself, but I'm sure I'll deliver before that. John came on his own at 38+3. I just don't have a lot of space lol. I am very short waisted & well just a short person in general... not ideal for carrying a baby to 40 weeks. As long as I make it to 37 weeks I definitely don't mind labor starting on its own!

I'm definitely very excited to be giving birth in Germany this time around. They are VERY natural over there. I know better enough than to have a detailed birth plan.... things never go as planned. But I can tell you this much, no epidurals for this lady or narcotics. Anyway, my feelings on delivering & plans for delivering in Germany is another post in & of itself for another time.
