Fun Saturday!

Today has been a pretty good day! I didn't think it was going to be at 1:30am, 3:45am & again at 7am when John was awake & quite disgruntled. He is FINALLY asleep after being wide awake since 7am. (It's 8:21pm currently...) I'm not sure what his deal was today but he just wasn't very happy. He ate every two hours for about 30 or 40 minutes and refused to nap. The three times he did fall asleep only lasted about 10 or 15 minutes because he would literally shake himself awake. Crazy little guy! Thankfully my mom offered to watch him while Rachel & I ran some errands. So that was a nice break from feeling like a milk machine :)

The first time I thought I finally had him napping....

Rachel & I went to Target to go get some work out clothes. I left almost my entire wardrobe in Germany.... everything except for maternity clothes & sweats. So I've been wearing Nathan's PT shirts & his basketball shorts to work out in... not too comfy in my opinion. Well, his PT shirts are but that's beside the point. I was able to find some great stuff for good prices. I'm totally excited to go to the gym next week now. I also can never make it out of the store without going through the baby section... needless to say, John has a new outfit; I just couldn't resist!

I was also looking for stuff to put in Nathan's care package. He wanted some Adidas sport flip flops or something similar but Target didn't have anything I thought he'd like so we headed to Dick's Sporting Goods & I was able to buy him his Adidas. My eye happened to catch some awesome running shoes too. They were even on sale!! I was totally on a roll today. They are super, super comfy & crazy light. I have no clue what they're made of but I love them! So, since my birthday is on Tuesday I took the liberty of wishing myself a happy early birthday from Nathan since he's not here and bought them. 

So overall, good day! Shopping is very therapeutic especially when good deal are involved. Now for a couple pictures of John from this past week :)

I don't know why this turned out so grainy looking... I really need to invest in a good camera.
