Our little Bella Bug :)

Bella and Nathan :) She's definitely a Daddy's Girl!!

Saturday Nathan and I went to a pet store in Manhattan and ended up with the most adorable 8 week old black lab, as you can see from the title of this post, we named her Bella. We are so excited to have her but unfortunately we took Bella to the vet today not only for her vaccinations, which she didn't end up getting but also because Bella hasn't eaten since Saturday and we have to force her to drink water and shes got the runs... as it turns out, Bella has parvo!! Now I did not grow up with pets so I was unsure of what this was, but I can honestly say that I'm sickened that the pet store did nothing to treat her or care enough to test!! They noticed she had lost weight since they got her from the private breeder but they did NOTHING! So our little Bella is in the hospital getting better. She's a fighter though... she'll pull through I'm sure :)
