Anyone else remember that little commercial jingle for pull ups & potty training?
Well.... John has expressed interest in using the toilet for a little while now. He gets a kick out of watching Nathan go if he happens to be in the bath/shower when Nathan needs to go. So, we figured why not just try & see? We picked up a little potty at the PX & decided to just give it a go.
He's gone in it 3 times! The last time he went, he came to us pulling on his diaper, so we took it off & he stood there & peed in it! I couldn't believe it lol.
We are in no way forcing him to go or sitting him down every hour or whatever. I'd actually prefer that we not get serious about it until we get back to the States & are moved into our new home around next Christmas. I really don't want to deal with him needing to use the potty every 2 seconds on our 3 flights back home.

| Nathan decided to show him how to go in this toilet when we got home... obviously Nathan had to kneel to prevent a mess from occurring. John follows suit really well ;) |
