1st Haircut!

Yesterday, we were skyping with my mom & she convinced me it was time to give John his first haircut... right then!! She wanted to be there to witness it lol. I really didn't want to! All that hair on his head was original birth hair & it made me sad to think that at 9 months he needed a haircut already. But, I sucked it up & cut it... I saved the first snip in a little ziploc bag for the scrapbook :) John was super wiggly. Okay, wiggly is an understatement! He was flinging himself about like he was being tortured in some cruel & unusual way. So, we decided to put him in the bathtub as a distraction since he adores being in the water. It was much more successful that way, but he still tried grabbing the scissors or my hand. It's definitely not a perfect cut by any means, but it'll do! It was my first time cutting hair, too!
